Summer 2012
The last few months have seen the introduction of PowderBalls, a new addition to the paintballing community, powder replaces paint in the same .68 callibre gelatine shells. While firing paintballs leaves the splat on your targets, Powderballs give a puff of powder on your target, letting you know your shots are hitting ...Plus it looks cool!
Last week saw the expansion of the Safety Area, creating a new area for the saftey breifing at the start of every day. Days where 200+ players are on the site, briefing has sometime been a slow process, but with new seating, and a bigger area to utilise, we hope to get you from the car park to the playing fields in half the time!
The village now has 5 buildings completed, with another 8 on the way. All together there will be 13 seperate structures, set in a circle around a large church, with an elevated tower to shoot from!
Our convoy arena has also seen a vast improvement, made slightly bigger, with new barricades, tyre towers, and natural trenches, it is proving to be our most popular arena at Skirmish Exeter.
